This month FHE Health received the Pulitzer Prize-winning Sun Sentinel’s 2019 “Top Workplace Award.” The prestigious honor is based on employee feedback that is collected every spring by the South Florida newspaper in partnership with the Philadelphia-based company, Energage. This year, a survey of 25,000 working South Floridians, (12,000 of whom responded), found that FHE Health was among 71 best places to work.
This isn’t the first time that our treatment center has appeared on a short list of “South Florida’s top workplaces for 2019.” The distinction is one that FHE Health has received three times before—in 2015, 2016 and 2017—entirely on the basis of our employees’ experience. FHE Health has also received other high rankings for employee satisfaction: we maintain very high ratings on employee review sites such as GlassDoor.com and Indeed.com.
