As reported by the Baltimore Sun, a man who overdosed on an Annapolis street Sunday reported someone stole his shoes and phone while he was unconscious, city police said.
Officers responded to Jackson Street for what was believed to be a robbery only to discover a man unconscious on the street at the intersection with President Street in Eastport.
After police and Annapolis Fire Department paramedics revived him with Naxalone, he said that two people had stolen his shoes and phone while he was unconscious.

The man was carrying a pair of Jordan Retro 3s, black leather with red accents valued at $350 still in the box, and also a pair of black and white Jordan 9 hi-tops valued at $190, said Cpl. Amy Miquez, a city police spokeswoman.
