As a former NFL player, Randy loves people and sports. He regularly serves as a motivational speaker and a resource on trauma, addiction, mental health issues and how to find help and treatment. More than a decade of experience working in the mental health field makes him an authority in this area.
As an outgrowth of his background in the NFL, Randy developed a strong commitment to physical and mental health and wellness and a trusted reputation as a community advocate on the national stage.
In his role with FHE Health, Randy’s biggest passion—what motivates him in his public speaking and outreach to businesses, organizations, and healthcare providers—is helping to make high-quality addiction and mental health treatment more accessible to more individuals and families who need it.
