Dear NSO Affiliate,

We were pleased to join you last month at the NSO Collective Bargaining Conference in Chicago. The Executive Team of NSO recognizes the increase in mental health issues in the workplace and asked us to address those issues at the conference and beyond. We heard you loud and clear that the need for recognition of the issues and a solution for your staff are necessary.

We have attached for your Affiliate’s use, our contact information, an overview of our services, and insight into our trainings. FHE Health is endorsed nationally by the National Staff Organization, and as an affiliate you are entitled to our services. As we move forward, FHE Health will be providing monthly updates and information on specific mental health and addiction disorders that can be distributed to your staff and members of the organizations that you represent.

Please reach out to us if you would like information for your website regarding a specific issue or concern. Often, people struggle in silence and don’t reach out for help to union representatives unless they are in progressive disciplinary patterns.
