Opportunities for Learning
Residents and interns at FHE Health have many opportunities for learning, from shadowing our medical and clinical staff and receiving instruction in their area(s) of study, to working with patients and families as well as other staff across disciplines and in multiple treatment contexts. The full continuum of care that we provide enables supervised learning across our different levels of care, from detox to inpatient and outpatient treatment.
Examples of Careers with FHE Health and Sunlight Recovery
Another benefit of a residency or internship with FHE Health is the unparalleled access to career opportunities that our residents and interns receive. Many have gone on to take full-time jobs at our FHE Health and Sunlight Recovery facilities. Interns who apply and are chosen for full-time positions are eligible for health benefits, supervision, 401K, PTO, vacation, and other competitive benefits. And, as we continue to grow as an organization and expand our services, we are always looking for more qualified individuals to join our team. We invite you to explore examples of these career opportunities and current openings here.
Our agency will receive a contact from the university department intern coordinator regarding students in the South Florida area who are interested in completing their clinical hours and/or rotation with us. The affiliation agreement will be requested, reviewed, signed and sent back to the university for execution. Once the executed agreement is received, the onboarding process for the student begins. This includes student paperwork, drug/background screening and orientation.
