Kate Williams serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships at FHE Health, where she leads the organization’s outreach liaisons and supports the continued growth and development of the outreach team.
With more than six years of experience in behavioral health, Kate brings a background in business development, clinical partnerships, admissions, and leadership. She focuses on strengthening internal structure, developing, and supporting her team, and creating strategies that encourage sustainable growth. Her approach centers on collaboration, accountability, and trust—empowering outreach liaisons to grow in their roles while staying connected to FHE Health’s mission.
Kate is also expanding her expertise in Salesforce administration and CRM strategy, with a focus on using technology and data to strengthen team performance and support organizational growth.
