Michael Grant
National Account Manager
Michael Grant is a resource and liaison to FHE Health’s prospective and existing partners. He helps them stay informed about our services, is their point of contact for questions or concerns, and works to ensure they are satisfied with their overall treatment experience. Mr. Grant is a retired first responder, having worked more than 34 years in the Massachusetts Department of Corrections. For 10 years during that time, Michael oversaw the development and expansion of the Department of Correction’s Employee Assistance Program, which grew to include clinical services and the use of comfort dogs, thanks to his leadership. Mr. Grant retired in 2022 at the rank of Deputy Commissioner. He graduated from Boston College with a degree in human development and earned a master’s-level certificate in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
