Hannah Crampton-Thomas

Alumni Outreach Liaison

Hannah Crampton-Thomas provides post-treatment support to clients, by helping them stay connected through alumni events and meetings and by regularly checking in with them. Before joining FHE Health, Hannah was a prevention specialist: She worked primarily with middle school and high school students, educating them about the dangers of drugs and alcohol.

Ms. Crampton-Thomas has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and was born and raised in South Florida. What makes her passionate about her job is that she gets “to help others”—“that is all I ever wanted to do with my life, to help others in some way.”
