Chief of Revenue Cycle Management Officer
Geminisa Solorzano-Cooper oversees all business activities and operations at FHE Health, so they align with FHE’s strategy and mission and produce the desired results. She also directs the daily processes of the Revenue Cycle Management team and works to ensure that it processes claims quickly and efficiently. Among her many executive duties, Ms. Solorzano-Cooper is responsible for reviewing billing and financial reports, developing best practices to improve daily operations, and making sure services comply with the highest ethical standards.
Geminisa has more than 25 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management. During that time, she developed leadership aptitudes in strategic management, the development of new services and operations, and revenue performance and enhancement strategies. Ms. Solorzano-Cooper has served as a consultant to an array of health providers, from hospitals and specialty groups to a large physician practice. She has a B.S. in Business Health Administration and Management.
