Alex Elkabbany, PharmD, RPh, CPh
Chief Pharmacy Officer
Dr. Alex Elkabbany oversees all pharmacy operations in his role as the Chief Pharmacy Officer for FHE Health’s on-site pharmacy. He is responsible for policies and procedures and their administration in accordance with established policies and laws. Dr. Elkabbany is also the Consultant Pharmacist of record for FHE and responsible for ensuring pharmaceutical compliance with the standards set out by the JOINT Commission, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the State of Florida, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Dr. Elkabbany has been working as a pharmacist for more than 10 years, the last six of which have been in the mental and behavioral health field. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, Massachusetts, and before that a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2012 from PUA University in Alexandria, Egypt.
