Our Admissions Counselors are highly experienced, caring professionals who are trained to comfortably guide you through the process of getting the information you need to make the best decision for you or your loved one. Our team is sensitive to your situation and will patiently work with you to ensure that you are given all the support you need to find freedom and long term recovery.
Our process includes an initial assessment, which is conducted to determine which program will be the best fit for you, and if our facility will meet your needs. We will also be able to answer any insurance or financial questions you may have and will provide guidance on effective treatment options. Upon completion of the assessment, one of our Admissions Counselors will orient you on what to expect when entering treatment and guide you through a safe and successful transition and arrival to FHE Health.
