FHE Health is a leading name in mental health care in the South Florida community. We offer a host of options to help people in the Deerfield Beach area, as well as those who feel traveling here is best for their needs. Our comprehensive approach treats the entire patient instead of just focusing on one problem. One area we focus on is substance abuse, including alcoholism. We offer inpatient and outpatient options to meet any needs.
More than 20 million individuals in this country have a substance use disorder, but only around 10% of them receive treatment for the condition. The key to helping people getting the treatment they need is to find a program that works for them. Individuals in the Deerfield Beach area can turn to FHE Health for help with addictions of any kind, as well as any other underlying mental health conditions.
What Makes FHE Health Different?
FHE Health offers customized programs that take your needs and lifestyle into account. We offer specialized programs for women, those who need help with a gambling addiction, first responders and other specialized groups.
Our specialized programs help our patients receive support from people who are more likely to understand their struggles. They also help limit the chance of relapse as the person is going through the program.
We also offer medical integration that includes massage therapy, smoking cessation, weight management, ongoing medical care, ketamine infusions, and a host of other medical components that enable you to enjoy complete success.
What Services Does FHE Health Provide?
FHE Health offers intensive programs to help all sorts of needs. Most of our patients start out in our inpatient program, which is housed right on our Deerfield Beach campus. While this isn’t required, it’s the option many people choose to use since they can have the round-the-clock support that’s useful when they first try to overcome the addiction.
As part of our inpatient services, we have a medical detox program. This program is aimed at empowering the patient to utilize the tools at their disposal to come off the substances they’re dependent upon. This carefully monitored program gets the person ready for the next phase of treatment.
Outpatient care is our long-term solution for rehabilitation. This is an option for people who live in the Deerfield Beach area or near one of our other campuses since they need to come in for meetings. The primary benefit to being in the outpatient program is that you get to experience life on your own terms while receiving the same quality of care and support as our inpatient program provides. You’re getting real-life experience with staying sober and dealing with your addictions.
What Sets the FHE Health Outpatient Program Apart from Others?
The FHE Health outpatient program isn’t just one program that puts everyone together. We offer several programs that we can use to create a customized care plan for our patients. We work to find the most effective transition option for each of our patients, and most go through several steps in this process.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program is a step down from our inpatient program. It provides you with a more independent life while still receiving the same assistance provided during the more intensive portion of the program.
You can start to care for yourself and learn more about the methods and tactics that will be useful for you as you move through the next steps in the program. This program also includes help for your family members so they’ll be able to support you when you move fully into the outpatient program.
As part of this program, you will still continue to receive neuro-rehabilitative services, individual therapy, and career services. You’ll also continue to work with your psychiatric providers and medical team who have gotten to know you during your time in our programs. This happens right on our Deerfield Beach campus for your convenience.
Intensive Outpatient Program
In the Intensive Outpatient Program, you’ll begin to handle your own affairs and gain even more independence. This part of our rehabilitation program enables you to utilize the skills you’ve learned to make decisions about your life.
During the Intensive Outpatient Program, you’ll continue with the services you had during the previous components of your time with FHE Health. You can secure employment during this phase and transition to taking care of yourself.
Individuals in the Intensive Outpatient Program can live alone, with family, or in our Sober Living Community. Your care team will help you determine which option might be best for your situation. Since our program is fully customized, you can count on us to work with you to get your treatment plan in order in a way that meets your unique needs.
Sober Living Care
Sober Living is essential for residential treatment and outpatient care. It provides support as you come to terms with understanding your own limits. This is an excellent feature for individuals who have nowhere to go because their former home or lifestyle puts them at risk of relapse. We know that nobody who’s worked hard to get clean wants to risk falling back into old habits. Our Sober Living is a time when you can enjoy our continued support of outpatient care while you take more steps toward complete independence and self-support.
