| What is the Faith + Recovery program at FHE?
The Florida House Experience, Faith and Recovery Program is a Christ-Centered Faith+Recovery based substance abuse, mental health, primary and or dual diagnoses program. Our Program uses a non-denominational approach to treatment. The FHE Faith + Recovery program is designed to allow clients to establish and or restore their faith relationship with God while also addressing their addiction and behavioral issues. The program is an integration of Behavioral, Medical (focus on brain change) and Faith based relationship with God.
While many programs have Christian “tracks” that simply consist of a Bible Study and weekly off-site church services, our program differs in that we also implement a comprehensive, unique faith based curriculum specifically designed for the groundbreaking work being done at FHE in the areas of neuroscience and behavioral health. The essence of our Faith + Recovery program is defined by a right relationship with God, Through Jesus Christ and revolves around biblical principles in all aspects of care provided.
| Who is the program intended for?
We believe a right relationship with God is essential for your recovery success. We approach addiction and mental health issues from a spiritual perspective and are a fully integrated faith centered program in conjunction with evidence based medical and clinical practice guidelines. We believe that it is important to combine the spiritual component with other medical and clinical programming including educational, clinical groups, relapse prevention, and individual clinical sessions and the neurosciences.
