Venise Patterson is FHE Health’s exclusive, in-house chef. As a certified chef, with a Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Ms. Patterson has accumulated over 25 years’ experience working in the food industry and in a variety of roles (as line cook, supervisor and manager). Her past employers have included hotels, country clubs and restaurants. That breadth and depth of experience in the culinary world has given Venise a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and an ability to work with “different kinds of people at all levels.”
In her role directing food services for FHE Health, Ms. Patterson is passionate about attending to every patient’s dietary needs and ensuring she meets their expectations. Her #1 goal is to provide a high-quality culinary experience at all times for every client at FHE Health.
Venise is a strong believer in the importance of food presentation and the idea that every person eats with their eyes first. With that in mind, she works to create aesthetically pleasing meals for our clients.
